Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Fitship Private Limited, RZ-A-83, Road No.- 4, Street no.- 6, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi- 110037 .

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to FitFeast, accessible from https://fitfeast.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order provided order has not been delivered without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is Order Delivery. Once delivered it will fall under the return policy mentioned below.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which You placed the Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

In case You are not satisfied with Your order, We offer a full refund only if the Goods are eligible for a return. In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods have not been consumed.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Order that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Process of Refund –

Refund will only be initiated for Goods received back at our warehouse. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

RZ-A-83, Road No.- 4, Street no.- 6, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi- 110037

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. For Cash on Delivery Orders, please send your bank account details or UPI ID at contact@fitfeast.in, and payment would be processed on same ID.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Disputes received after 72 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Disputes contain – In the event that an order is marked as “delivered” but not received by the customer, or if the customer receives a partial, damaged, or opened product.

Terms and Conditions in Case of Partial/damaged/tempered/compromised Product Received

In the event that, during the acceptance of delivery, the Customer perceives any indication that the package is compromised, damaged, or tampered with, the Customer shall adhere to the following prescribed procedure:

1. Inspection Upon Delivery:
a. Customer is advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
b. If the package appears compromised, damaged, or tampered with, the Customer must either:
i. Reject the delivery; or
ii. Accept the delivery only after providing a negative POD and taking photographs of the negative POD provided to the courier.

2. In case of acceptance of delivery of partial/damaged/tempered/compromised order by the Customer.
a. Customer must mandatorily provide the following:
i. Negative Proof of Delivery (POD) in the form of an image.
ii. 360-degree unboxing video showcasing the clear label, post-shipment box image with a clear label, and inner content received image.

3. Rejection or Negative POD:
a. If Customer rejects the delivery or provides a negative POD:
i. The Company will ship the partial product(s) that were missing from the original shipment.
ii. No refund will be applicable for the partial/damaged/tempered/compromised product(s) shipped.

4. Damaged Products without Negative POD and 360-degree Video of unboxing:
a. If the products appear damaged to the Customer and the customer accepts it and no negative POD is provided and 360-degree Video of unboxing:
i. The Company is not liable for any return or refund.

5. Timely Submission:
a. Customer must provide all required documentation (negative POD, unboxing video, photographs) within 3 days of delivery.

6. Liability:
a. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to Customer’s failure to adhere to these Terms.
b. Customer acknowledges that timely submission of required documentation is crucial for processing claims related to partial product receipt.

Definition of Negative POD (Proof of Delivery):

Negative Proof of Delivery (Negative POD) is the recipient’s acknowledgment sheet provided by the courier. When signing, if the package is damaged or only partially received, the recipient must note “damaged” or “partial product received” below their signature. A photo of this signed sheet serves as evidence. This process ensures proper handling of issues with the delivery.

Note: If the delivery team does not have this sheet available, it is advised to reject the delivery until the necessary documentation can be provided. This process ensures proper handling of issues with the delivery.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:
